1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to the Get Rich Cutz website, appointment booking, and membership enrollment. By using the site or submitting a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a booking or enrollment request.
2. Bookings and confirmations
Provide accurate contact and appointment information. A booking is complete only after the site or Richard confirms it. Availability can change, and the shop may contact you when a time needs to be adjusted. Please review the service, date, and time before confirming.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the site are the current listed prices but may be corrected or changed before a future booking. Standard appointments are paid at the chair unless the booking flow clearly says otherwise. Any added service, house-call fee, or membership total will be confirmed before it is charged.
4. Changes, cancellations, and late arrivals
If your plans change, use the cancellation option in your booking or contact the shop as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may cause the appointment to be shortened, moved, or released to the next person. Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking access.
5. Memberships
Tapping a membership button starts an inquiry or enrollment; it does not by itself create an active membership. Richard confirms the selected plan, eligibility, standing-time availability, included cuts, final household total, and any add-ons before activation.
If a membership uses recurring billing, the renewal cadence, cancellation method, and any refund terms presented and accepted during enrollment also apply. Membership benefits are personal to the enrolled client or listed household unless Richard confirms otherwise. Priority booking and house calls remain subject to reasonable availability and service area.
6. House calls
House calls require separate confirmation of the location, timing, access, and any additional fee. A request is not confirmed until Richard accepts it. The client is responsible for providing a safe, lawful, and workable service location.
7. Service expectations
Tell Richard about relevant sensitivities, injuries, or other conditions before service. Reference photos and prior cuts help communicate a goal but do not guarantee an identical result. Services may be declined or stopped when needed for safety, hygiene, unlawful conduct, harassment, or abuse.
8. Website content
The site and its original text, design, branding, photographs, and other content belong to Get Rich Cutzor are used with permission. You may use the site to learn about and book the shop's services, but may not copy, sell, interfere with, or misuse the site or its content.
9. Third-party services
The site may link to booking, payment, map, social, or review services operated by others. Their availability, content, policies, and actions are outside the shop's control, and their own terms apply when you use them.
10. Disclaimers and limits
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Rich Cutz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Updates and California law
We may update these terms as the site or shop changes. The revised terms apply after they are posted and do not rewrite a completed transaction retroactively. California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
